symmetrical figures inhabit the shapeless sphere of infinite consciousness.
The sounds you hear come from the saxophone and digital processing.

three voices are the layers in which the saxophone is split, between the melodic, the granular and spectral dimensions, each with its own identity and yet living together as one.

these saxophone improvisations were recorded in one take against layers of processing then edited and sound designed to add subtle modulations within each parameter. working together, the organic and digital explode the sound into multiple realms that co-emerge.

this hybrid saxophone explores abstraction in textural sections and through transcending harmonic approaches with the use of symmetrical figures that relate to sacred geometry. this musical mandala unfolds in all three spheres of body, speech and mind - space, form and consciousness - through texture, gesture and tone.
